Account Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your Theophilus account and
associated data. It is intended to help users who may no longer have the
app installed or who prefer to make the request on the web.

Include the email address associated with your account and your
username, if available.

We may contact you to verify the request before deleting the account
and associated data.

Once verified, we will process eligible deletion requests within a
reasonable timeframe and confirm completion.

User-generated content and other app data associated with your account, unless retention is required
What may be retained
Information we must keep for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or compliance purposes
Limited technical logs, backups, or records retained for a temporary period where reasonably necessary
Timing
We will process eligible requests within a reasonable timeframe after
verifying the request. Where retention is required, retained data will be
kept only as long as necessary for the applicable purpose.
In-app option
Users can also request account deletion in the app from Account Settings.
